We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 60 2 and 3 bedroom homes in Yurreta (Vizcaya). All homes include a parking space and storage room. The promotion will have a public square with recreation and rest areas. The homes, with an average built area of 120 m2, have an average sale price of around €255,000. The project also has 7 parking spaces not linked to the homes.

The promotion is located on Olaburu street, 200 meters from the Yurreta Town Hall. It is a consolidated residential area that has large sports areas and sports centers in the surroundings, as well as all kinds of services and leisure options.

Yurreta is a municipality located next to Durango, in the southeast of the province of Vizcaya, with a population of over 3,500 inhabitants. The municipality is located 25 minutes by car from Bilbao and communicates with the main towns of the province of Vizcaya through the AP-8.
