We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 24 two-bedroom homes in the area of Arenales del Sol, Elche (Alicante). In addition, 24 independent parking spaces will be developed, which can be purchased for a price of 18,000€/unit. The development will have landscaped common areas and a community pool, as well as a children's area, jacuzzi, shade area, and pickleball court. The homes, with an average built area of 95m2, have an average sale price of around 310,000€.

The development is located in Arenales del Sol (Alicante), on Islas Canarias Street 7. It is an area where second homes predominate, so its population (around 2,000 inhabitants) increases considerably in the summer period.

Arenales del Sol is located on the Mediterranean coast, and its beaches extend for 4km. The development is located 5km from El Altet International Airport, which allows a considerable flow of tourists (mainly in the summer months).
