Urbanitae is in the process of analyzing the documentation provided by a developer for the development of a housing promotion in Portugal.

This is a medium to long term project. Currently, the structure of the operation is in the study phase with the developer.

The projects under study are those that are being studied in order to open the financing campaign in the short to medium term. These projects have the possibility of ultimately not being accepted and therefore not going to financing.
