Project expanded by 25% over its initial funding target, according to Article 69 Law 5/2015 of April 27 on the Promotion of Business Financing*. After the complete initial funding, the promoter has agreed to increase the funding target by 25%, reaching up to €635,000. In this way, the capital raised in this project will complement the already financed amount under the same conditions.

Jávea is a municipality in the Valencian Community, Spain. Located on the north coast of the province of Alicante, in the Marina Alta region. It has a population of 27,225 inhabitants (INE 2016), of which 53.1% are of foreign nationality. Currently, the tertiary sector is the engine of the local economy, with an average annual temperature of 18ºC, ideal for the development of sun and beach tourism characteristic of the Mediterranean area.

The project is located in the heart of Avenida de Augusta, one of the main arteries of the city of Jávea, next to Avenida de Placita and just 300 meters from the first line of the beach and 1.5 km from the historic center of Jávea.
