We present a new project that consists of granting a loan to CASAS FINTECH which is backed by two plots in Marbella (Cazorla House and Piemonte House). Both projects consist of the development of a luxury single-family home with a private garden and pool. Both plots are owned by the manager and each one is in an SPV created exclusively for its development. 

The project is located in Marbella, Malaga. On one hand, Cazorla House is located at Sierra Nevada 52 within the Lomas del Marbella Club urbanization and, on the other hand, Piemonte House is located at Turin 42 in the Nueva Andalucía Aloha urbanization. Both urbanizations have a private golf course.
