We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for (i) the cancellation of 100% of the principal of the loan granted by an alternative debt fund for the acquisition of the plot located in Andratx, Mallorca, as well as (ii) financing the final interior finishes on a villa already built on said plot. The project has a garden area that surrounds the entire house and goes up in the form of terraces to the roof, which is a solarium area that has an infinity pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and terrace area with the best views of the port of Andratx.

The asset is located in the upper area of the port of Andratx, on the mountainside. Port d’Andratx has gone from being a fishing port to being one of the most touristic points on the island of Mallorca, thanks to its location surrounded by coves with transparent waters and for having one of the most valued marinas on the island. It has all kinds of services for a great stay, it has a multitude of prestigious restaurants and nightlife centers, it also has a multitude of activities to do during the day thanks to its marina and proximity to some of the best coves on the island.
