We present a new project: Local Comercial Barakaldo which consists of the acquisition of a commercial premises leased to the clothing and home goods chain Pepco. The project is located in Barakaldo (Bilbao, Vizcaya), more specifically on Bizkaia Street, 22-24 in one of the most central and commercial areas of the municipality. The premises consist of two registered properties on the ground floor of a residential building and has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 615 m². 100% of the surface is at street level.

Barakaldo is a municipality located in the historical territory and province of Vizcaya in the Basque Country. It is located in the region of Greater Bilbao, on the left bank of the Nervión estuary, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Bilbao. It is the most populated municipality in Vizcaya after Bilbao and the fourth in the Basque Country behind the provincial capitals with a population of 100,881. Historically, a large part of the Basque Country's industry was concentrated in Barakaldo and it is currently the main commercial focus of the northern axis of the peninsula.
