Due to the high interest generated by the Narváez Project, which opened on the platform on December 21, we present the second phase of the project to complete the funding.  

The project consists of the purchase of a building on Narváez Street 30, for a comprehensive rehabilitation for the development of 15 mostly 2-bedroom homes and a commercial premises on the ground floor. All homes have luxury finishes, as well as landscaped areas and a swimming pool on the top of the building. The project is located in the Ibiza Neighborhood, 200 meters from Retiro Park. The homes will have an average area of 100 m² and an average price of €895,000.

The project is located on Narváez Street 30, 200 meters from Retiro Park in Madrid and 1.2km from the Puerta de Alcalá. The Ibiza neighborhood is one of the most important commercial areas of the city built simultaneously with the Salamanca neighborhood, maintaining its layout. It is a completely consolidated area, with all kinds of services and leisure places such as, commercial areas, restaurants, parks, hospitals or health centers. It is very well connected with nine metro stations corresponding to 4 lines within a radius of 1 km, in addition to 9 bus stops in the direct area. It has quick access to the M-30 and the A-3, facilitating communications outside of Madrid.
