We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for the financing of the development of a luxury villa in Estepona. The loan will finance: 100% of the principal of a mortgage charge that burdens the asset, the completion of the construction works of the villa and a tranche to recapitalize part of the equity funds invested by the promoter. The house has a modern design and features an infinity pool, jacuzzi, terraces in all rooms and a solarium on the first floor. Inside it has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as a spa, cinema room, wine cellar and bar area.
