We present a new project that consists of the granting of a loan for the financing of the development of a luxury villa in Marbella. The loan will finance: 100% of the principal of a mortgage charge that burdens the asset, continuation of the construction of the villa and a small recap to the promoter of the invested capital. The house is designed with an outdoor courtyard with infinity pool and solarium, as well as a large social area on the rooftop terrace. It has an indoor pool, sauna and gym. Specifically, it is a house with 6 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms distributed over two floors.
