Due to the high interest generated by the Bonavida Project, which was opened and funded on the platform on June 23, we present the second phase of the project to complete the funding. As proposed in the first phase, the promoter has granted a second tranche to Urbanitae.

We detail the project which consists of the acquisition of a company holding a plot for the development of a residential complex in Mallorca. The project materializes in the development of 15 single-family homes in the municipality of Calviá, bordering the town of Camp de Mar (located in the Paguera area), southwest of Mallorca. The total built area of the project is approximately 5,200 m² and the homes will have an average built area of about 346 m², with an average price of about €2,930,000. The Project Promoter will be ALQ Investments, which has extensive previous experience in projects of this type, being a manager specialized in the development of this type of projects and with whom Urbanitae has already worked on other occasions. It will be in charge of the project strategy as well as the coordination of the different construction agents and service providers in the project. In addition, it will have the collaboration of ADMARA Capital, in charge of budget control and economic monitoring of the project. 

The homes are located in the Paguera area, in Mallorca, a consolidated residential area that has all leisure services and direct communication with Palma de Mallorca through the MA-1, 24.5 km from the city center. Likewise, the asset is located at height, which allows sea views. Currently, Mallorca is a target location for investors at a national and international level.
