We present a new project that consists of the development of a new residential promotion that encompasses 23 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms with a parking space in Fuengirola, Malaga. The project will feature a communal pool located on the rooftop, solarium, gym, and coworking area. 

The promotion is located on Camino del Antiguo Ferrocarril street, 150 meters from Los Boliches Beach and less than five minutes walk from the train station. It is a residential area that has all kinds of services, as well as numerous golf courses in the surroundings.

Fuengirola is a municipality located in the southwest of Benalmádena, in the province of Malaga. Fuengirola is the fifth most populated municipality in the province, with a population exceeding 80,000 inhabitants. The municipality connects with the airport and the city of Malaga, located 30 minutes by car, and with the rest of the towns in the province through the A-7, AP-7, and MA-20 highways.
