We present a new project that consists of the acquisition of an asset, currently built to approximately 60% for the completion of the work. It is a consolidated residential area that has all leisure services and direct communication with the center of Malaga, being less than ten minutes walk from the city center. Likewise, the asset is located near the El Ejido university campus.
