Urbanitae investors join the developer in purchasing the properties on which the project will be developed. Construction costs as well as other project-associated costs (architects, licenses, insurance, etc) will be covered by a developer loan granted by a financial institution.

The asset is located on the coast of Huelva, in the area called El Catalán, next to the La Antilla beach. The project's location is inside a pine forest in a natural setting next to the mouth of the Piedras river and just a few meters from the beach. La Antilla is known for its virgin beaches with loose sand in a natural environment. El Catalán is less than 5 minutes by car from the urban center of La Antilla where all kinds of services are available.
