We present a new real estate promotion project consisting of the purchase of four plots of land with a small building in the center of Móstoles for the demolition of the existing building and subsequent development of 66 multifamily homes with a parking space and common areas, in addition to a premises of more than 1,700 m² on the ground floor. Urbanitae investors jointly enter with the developer to purchase the assets on which the project will be developed and to face the other costs not financed by the financial entity, which finances construction costs and other technical costs of the project.

The asset is located in the center of Móstoles, on Ricardo Medem street corner América street, next to Ernesto Peces square. It is a completely consolidated area, surrounded by parks, schools, supermarkets and close to the Móstoles town hall and the Cuartel Huertas park, with direct access to the A-5 highway that connects Extremadura with the city of Madrid and with access to the M-50 radial that surrounds the city of Madrid. Móstoles is a municipality and city located south of the community of Madrid, it has a population close to 200,000 inhabitants and is 15 kilometers from the city of Madrid.
