We present a new project that consists of granting a loan for the construction of a promotion of 18 multifamily homes with a parking space in Cunit, Tarragona. These are 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with average surfaces of 75 m2 and an average selling price of around 160,000€. Twelve of the eighteen homes in the project are free-market homes, while the remaining six units are officially protected housing (VPO). The development will also have a communal swimming pool and landscaped areas.

The development is located in the north of the municipality, on Pedrera Street, 67. The project is located less than fifteen minutes walk from the Town Hall and the beaches of Cunit and Las Gavinas, next to the Club Sports Tennis & Padel Cunit sports center and the Les Salines industrial estate, which has numerous facilities and services in a nearby radius.

Cunit is a coastal municipality located in the north of the province of Tarragona, on the border with the province of Barcelona, which has more than 13,000 inhabitants. The municipality is located 30 and 50 minutes by car from the centers of the cities of Tarragona and Barcelona, respectively, via the C-32 and AP-7 highways. In addition, it has a commuter train station and numerous intercity bus lines that include direct communication with Tarragona, Barcelona and the main towns in the surrounding area.
