We present a new project that consists of granting a loan to the promoter group CÍVITAS. This financing is backed by three new residential developments located in Badajoz (Volta, Galvani and Heras projects) and the sale of a plot of land in Madrid (Boadilla project). The three projects that CÍVITAS will develop in the city of Badajoz total 182 homes, while the land in Boadilla is transferred in its current state through a purchase and sale contract already signed, which contemplates a scheme of deferred payments.

The Volta and Galvani projects are located in the northwest of the city, an expansion area next to the University of Extremadura and the University Hospital. In particular, the Volta project is located on Matilde Tagle Ortiz street and has work started, a signed developer loan and a marketing percentage of 64%. The Galvani project is located on Elvas Avenue, has also signed a developer loan and started work, and has reached a marketing degree of 44%. Heras is located on Carretera de Valverde street, south of Badajoz, in a consolidated residential area that has all kinds of services. The project has a marketing degree of 52% and a favorable sanction for the developer loan, awaiting the granting of a license, expected for the second quarter of 2023. Finally, the Boadilla development is located on Jorge Juan street, west of the municipality of Boadilla del Monte, in an area with a high presence of single-family homes. The land is sold with some payments pending collection by CÍVITAS.

Badajoz is the most populated municipality in Extremadura, with a population of over 150,000 inhabitants. The city, capital of the province of Badajoz, communicates with the rest of the surrounding municipalities through the A-5 and BA-20 highways. On the other hand, Boadilla del Monte is a municipality located in the western area of the Community of Madrid that has a population of more than 60,000 inhabitants and direct communication with the city of Madrid through the M-50.
