We present a new project that consists of the development of a rehabilitation and change of use and that includes 25 to 30 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes in the Nervión neighborhood (Seville). The future homes are located on the first floor of an already built residential building, on which the rehabilitation works will be carried out. The homes have an average sale price of around €225,000. The development will have a gym and landscaped common areas.
