We present a new debt project that consists of the recapitalization of a promoter group, with the aim of repayment through a real estate development in progress located on the Costa del Sol in the municipality of Manilva. The promotion materializes in the development of 38 free homes in multi-family buildings, all homes have a garage and storage room, in addition to having large common areas, a swimming pool and a garden area.
