We present a new project that consists of the granting of a bridge loan for the partial financing of the acquisition of a plot of land belonging to Sector U-57-6B in Valdefierro, Zaragoza. This is a final plot of land owned by the Society of Assets from Bank Restructuring (“SAREB”), currently with the urbanization in process and the work developed at 20%. 

Once the land is acquired, the project contemplates the completion of the urbanization works and the application for a license for the development of a promotion of 69 units in a cooperative regime. The homes will have between 2 and 5 bedrooms, a garage and storage room with common areas that include a gym, both outdoor and indoor pool, and a children's area, in addition to extensive gardens and private terraces. The homes have superior qualities including aerothermy, underfloor heating and all kinds of home automation.  

The land is located in Zaragoza, in the Valdefierro neighborhood to the southwest of the city. In recent years Valdefierro has experienced significant urban and demographic growth. Attracting young families for its relative proximity to the center and its good value for money in housing. It has basic services such as schools, health centers, parks and public transport. Its proximity to the Casablanca neighborhood and the natural environment of the Imperial Canal provides an added attraction for those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere within the city.
